INSTRUCTORS:
Walt Rauch completed service as a Special Agent in U.S. Army
Intelligence and then served as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret
Service and an Investigator with the Philadelphia PA Fugitive Squad
where he made over 2,000 felony arrests. He now operates Rauch &
Company, Ltd., a consulting firm that provides firearms training as
well as expert witness testimony on firearms use and tactics. As a
writer and lecturer in the firearms field, Walt is published
regularly in national and international publications such as
Combat Handguns, Guns & Weapons for Law Enforcement, Handguns
Magazine, Guns & Ammo Magazine, and Police & Security News
and is also the author of the book, Real World Survival: What Has
Worked For Me.Bruce Eimer, Ph.D. is a
licensed psychologist, NRA Certified Law Enforcement Firearms
Instructor, PA Certified Lethal Weapons Training Instructor, and
Affiliate Instructor with John Farnam’s Defense Training
International. Dr. Eimer is certified to teach the Farnam Method of
Defensive Handgunning and is also a graduate of Massad Ayoob’s
Lethal Force Institutes I and II. Bruce is a column editor for
Concealed Carry Magazine and the co-author of Essential Guide
to Handguns: Firearm Instruction for Personal Defense and
Protection.
Equipment: Dress comfortably.
Students should bring an unloaded personal handgun (revolver or
semi-automatic pistol), a concealment holster, and 300 rounds of
ammunition (not reloads). Handguns will be available for students
who do not have their own (please notify us at the time of
registration), and holsters can be provided for use during the class
for those students who have not yet found one. You may bring your
own ammunition, or if you wish, ammo can also be purchased at the
range shop.
This day long seminar will impart practical information taken from
first-hand experience to teach students how to develop the ultimate
