You may also receive periodic printed or e-mail communications from us about new products and services, discounts, special promotions or upcoming events.

Shipping & Handling Policy
Merchandise will be shipped with delivery confirmation (tracking) via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, Federal Express, or UPS depending on the item(s). For specific shipping charges, please click here.

6% Sales Tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Pennsylvania.

NOTE: Please allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery of Don Hume holsters (many are back-ordered and custom made). Allow one to 4 weeks for delivery of Gould & Goodrich holsters. DeSantis holsters typically ship within one to two weeks. Those DeSantis holsters that we stock (“Nemesis” pocket holsters, “Insider” and “Pro-Stealth” inside the waist band holsters for some guns) ship promptly. Our PDS line of pocket holsters and fanny packs we have in stock and ship promptly. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for gun safes. We stock Spitfire pepper spray and it ships promptly. Books and DVDs often need to be back-ordered. Please keep in mind that patience is a virtue.

Payment Policy
For your convenience, Personal Defense Solutions gladly accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards for online purchases. For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal. Please know that all credit card information is encrypted for safe, secure transmission via our Secure Server, so your information is always protected.

Please note that it is our policy to charge your credit card at the time your order is placed. The reason we do this is that we want to confirm that the credit card is good and that the funds are there before we are committed to the order.

Customer Satisfaction
We stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If a product you receive from us is defective, or does not work as described, you should call us (215-938-7283), or email us so that we can remedy the problem. We will replace defective products at our discretion based upon our assessment of the problem. We do not issue refunds.

If you order a product, we assume that you want that product and that you wanted to order it. Therefore, all sales are final.
