For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal. Please know that all credit card information is encrypted for safe, secure transmission via our Secure Server, so your information is always protected.

Please note that it is our policy to charge your credit card at the time your order is placed. The reason we do this is that we want to confirm that the credit card is good and that the funds are there before we are committed to the order.

We stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If a product you receive from us is defective, or does not work as described, you should call us at 215-938-7283, or email us so that we can remedy the problem. We will replace defective products at our discretion based upon our assessment of the problem. We do not issue refunds.

If you order a product, we assume that you want that product and that you wanted to order it. Therefore, all sales are final.

There are just too many handguns and too many holsters to keep in stock for immediate shipment. This applies both to us at Personal Defense Solutions and to most of the holster manufacturers we work with.

1. The average wait time (i.e., production time) for a Don Hume holster is 8 to 12 weeks. The demand is steadily increasing for Don Hume’s affordable, quality holsters, and their factory is working at capacity. Don Hume makes holsters for a lot of guns. They are well worth the wait. When you get yours, you will appreciate the fact that they are custom made for you. Patience will buy you a great holster.

2. The average wait time for a Gould & Goodrich holster is one to 4 weeks, depending on the gun and the holster. More common guns can get holstered more quickly with a G & G holster. G & G offers fewer models of concealment holsters for a much smaller range of handguns. However, their holsters are top notch and affordable.

3. The average wait time for a Kirkpatrick custom holster is 6 to 8 weeks. These holsters are custom-made to order.

4. The average wait time for a Kramer custom holster is 8 to 10 weeks. These holsters are custom-made to order.

5. We stock our own PDS line of pocket holsters and fanny packs. We can ship these promptly.
