Our Company’s Principals
Bruce N. Eimer, Ph.D. was born and raised in NYC and has lived in the Philadelphia area for 30 years. He is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist who specializes in police and security psychology, psychological evaluations, pain management, and the treatment of post traumatic stress disorder stemming from violence. He also specializes in the primary prevention of post traumatic stress disorder through providing education and instruction on violence prevention, personal defense tactics, and personal security enhancement. Dr. Eimer is an NRA Certified Police Firearms Instructor and a Certified Lethal Weapons Instructor with the Pennsylvania State Police Municipal Police Officer Education and Training Commission (MPOETC). He is the founder and President of Personal Defense Solutions, LLC, a firearms training company, and the founder and owner of the Defensive Handguns Forum. He also owns and operates Act235Testing.com as well as several blogs, including ConcealedCarryLaw.com, GunReporter.com and GirlSecurity.com. Dr. Eimer is the author of over eight books including his latest book, ARMED: The Essential Guide to Concealed Carry, and he has been a regular column editor with Concealed Carry Magazine since the magazine’s inception in 2004.
Udi Sharabi was born and raised in Israel. From childhood, he pursued his avid interest in the martial arts, and through his studies, he became an advanced student and then an instructor of several martial arts disciplines, most notably, Krav Maga and Kyokuskinkai Karate. He competed in and won many tournaments, and earned advanced belts in these fighting arts. At the age of 18, Mr. Sharabi enlisted in the Israeli Defense Forces. He eventually was selected to serve in an elite IDF special operations unit where he served with distinction. After being honorably discharged from the Israeli Defense Forces, Mr. Sharabi served as a bodyguard for a number of high level Israeli dignitaries. Mr. Sharabi came to the United States in the mid-1990’s. He first settled in California where he worked as a bodyguard for a number of Hollywood actors and celebrities. He eventually moved to Philadelphia, where he has lived for the past 12 years. He has earned his living as an executive protection specialist and bodyguard, managing and providing security at events and at restaurants and clubs, teaching martial arts and self defense, as an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, as a locksmith, and as a security camera installation specialist.
